• has a tracheostomy. 
• requires IV therapy. 
• requires nutrition from a gastrostomy tube (g-tube) or a nasogastric tube (ng-tube)
• wound care.

Our patient care assistants and caregivers will provide tailored care based on the client's specific needs. We assist the client with:

• bathing and grooming
• appointment reminders 
• self-medication reminders
• help with ambulation
• light housekeeping which includes changing bed linens, making beds, light dusting
• taking out garbage
• preparing meals and cleaning
• picking up prescriptions 
• assistance with grocery shopping
• help in answering the phone and or door
• accompanying clients to lunch or dinner
